Online learning can be a bit monotonous in its own right. Hours can fly by quickly comleting online work and promote eye strain. It will behoove your student if you ensure a break schedules are listed. Break schedules should include snack times and PE activities. Facts prove that students who are "couch bound" have a tendency to gain weight. Dust off that bike in the garage, dig for those basketballs, and get out during one break a day for 45 minutes to an hour engaging in physical activity.
